What we collect and why
- Contact form / discovery questionnaire (at /cuestionario/ and /en/cuestionario/). Data you give us: name, role, email, and what you write about your company and workflows (including anything you mark about GDPR/personal data). Purpose: preparing a service proposal. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit. Retention: up to 24 months if no engagement follows, or for the life of the commercial relationship. Not shared with third parties, not used for advertising.
- Form submission. Processed by Cloudflare (Email Workers / Email Routing) and delivered to crew@redd.in. Cloudflare acts as processor — see Cloudflare's DPA.
- Web analytics (PostHog, EU instance). We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to measure aggregate site usage: page views, anonymous events. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in its least-intrusive form, respecting your browser settings. We do not profile identifiable individuals.
- Email. If you write to hello@reddcrew.ing, we use your address to reply. Retention: life of the conversation + 12 months.
What we do NOT do
- We do not host client data. Systems we deploy for clients run in the client's own cloud (their accounts, their keys). Redd Crew stores no client data on its own systems beyond what is strictly needed to provide the service, and always per the signed SOW.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
- We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA except to providers with adequate safeguards (Cloudflare, PostHog EU — both under DPAs and standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and not to be subject to automated decisions. Exercise them by writing to hello@reddcrew.ing.
Security
Encrypted transport (HTTPS sitewide). Questionnaire submissions are length-limited and bot-filtered. We do not store submissions on any public server.
