Purpose of the site: commercial presentation of AI agent crew design, deployment and maintenance services (the "Setup Sprint" and the "Care Plan"), and intake of enquiries via the contact form and the discovery questionnaire.

Terms of use of the site

1. Nature. This site is informational and commercial. Browsing it does not create a contractual relationship with Redd Crew. Published prices are indicative and are confirmed in each individual proposal.
2. Enquiries and questionnaire. By submitting the form or questionnaire, the sender declares they are the person whose data is provided, or are authorised by that person. Answers are used solely to prepare a proposal; they are not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
3. Intellectual property. The site's texts, crew blueprint and materials belong to Redd Crew. Client materials (workflows, SOPs, data) remain the client's property at all times, per the SOW.
4. Accuracy of demonstrations. The activity "ticker" on the page depicts the actual operation of Redd Group's own system; it is shown for illustration. Future performance of a system in a client's environment depends on scope and is not guaranteed.
5. Commercial relationship. Any engagement is formalised in a signed SOW, which references the service conditions: 14-day delivery plan, ~10 hours/month of support included in the Care Plan, extra hours at €75/hour with prior approval, and response targets that are best-effort, not hard guarantees.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction. Spanish law. Courts of Madrid for any dispute, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
